MyRetreatDesk helps retreat organizers, yoga schools and venues sell their programs online and get paid on schedule, without handing a large share of every booking to a marketplace or running everything from spreadsheets.
Why we built it
Running a retreat means weeks of admin before anyone unrolls a mat: answering which rooms are left, sending payment links, chasing balances, keeping track of who shares with whom, and wondering whether the numbers will work.
The usual choices are a marketplace that takes 15% or more and keeps the guest relationship, or a patchwork of forms, payment links and spreadsheets. MyRetreatDesk is the third option: your own booking page, with the booking, payments and guest details handled for you, and the money paid straight into your own account.
What we believe
Your money, your account
Guests pay you directly through Stripe or PayPal. We take a small, published platform fee, and none on Pro.
Your guests are yours
Their contact details and history belong to you, so you can welcome them back next year.
No surprises
Prices and fees are on the pricing page, and you choose which fees guests pay.
Care with personal data
Hosted in the EU, passports encrypted and erased after the retreat.
