How big can a group be?
Group quotes are built for 10 to 50 guests. Smaller groups and pairs can book together through the normal booking flow, including roommates splitting a room.
Are there group discounts?
Yes, on room prices: 3% for 10 or more guests, 5% for 15 or more and 8% for 25 or more, applied automatically to the quote.
Who pays for a group booking?
Each attendee pays their own share. The organizer of the group shares one link; attendees claim a bed, sign the waiver and pay their own deposit, with payment plans if they want.
Are the rooms held while people claim them?
Yes. A group block holds whole rooms so nobody else can book them while the group fills, and you can release the block from your dashboard.
