Payment plans

Retreat payment plans that collect themselves

Guests reserve with a deposit and pay the balance in monthly installments, charged automatically to the card they saved at checkout. You stop chasing money; your bed stays sold.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Guest books with a deposit

They choose a deposit (at least your minimum) and how many monthly payments they want, and save their card.

  2. Step 2

    Installments charge automatically

Each payment is charged on its due date with a reminder beforehand. The last one lands before your cutoff.

  3. Step 3

    Declines get handled for you

Retries on your schedule, a pay link for the guest, and a bed released only after your grace period.

Payment plan questions

How many installments can guests choose?

Up to 12 monthly payments after the deposit, limited by how many months fit before your final-payment cutoff. The last payment is always due before the cutoff you set (21 days before arrival by default).

Can I set a minimum deposit?

Yes. You set the minimum deposit per retreat, and guests can choose to pay more. Paying in full is always an option.

What happens when a card is declined?

The guest is emailed a link to pay or update their card, and the charge is retried on the days you choose (by default 1, 3 and 5 days after the due date). If it is still unpaid after your grace period (14 days by default), the bed is released and offered to your waitlist.

Can guests pay early or pay off the balance?

Yes. From their trip page guests can pay the next installment early or settle an overdue balance with a new card, which then replaces the old one for later installments.

Does it work with PayPal?

Yes. With PayPal, guests pay the deposit at checkout and get an email with a payment link on each due date. The same reminder, retry and release schedule applies.

Who pays the card processing fee?

You decide per retreat. You can pass the processing fee and the platform fee to guests separately, or absorb them.
