Can visiting teachers bring their own groups?
Yes. Send the teacher a group quote for the rooms they need. Their students each claim a bed and pay their own deposit through one link, and the rooms are held while the group fills. Group quotes are on Venue and Pro.
Can I run several programs at once?
Yes. Each retreat, training or workshop has its own rooms, prices and bookings. On Pro, the cohort calendar shows them all and copies a program to new dates in a click.
Does it work for nightly stays without a program?
Not well. MyRetreatDesk sells programs with set dates. If most of your income is open-ended nightly stays, a hotel system or a venue-first tool such as Bookinglayer may suit you better.
Can I put the booking form on my own website?
Yes, on Pro: embed the booking widget on Wix, WordPress, Squarespace or Webflow. Every plan also gets a hosted booking page you can link to.
