Offsite questions
Can the company pay for everyone on one invoice?
Not yet. Group quotes are built for attendees who each pay their own share, such as team retreats where staff contribute, club trips or wellness weekends. If one company card pays for the whole group, send that invoice outside MyRetreatDesk for now.
How big can the group be?
Group quotes cover 10 to 50 guests. Volume discounts on rooms apply automatically: 3% from 10 guests, 5% from 15 and 8% from 25.
Are the rooms held while people sign up?
Yes. A group quote blocks whole rooms so nobody else books them while the group fills. You can release the block from your dashboard.
How do we collect dietary needs and arrival times?
Each attendee adds them when they claim a bed and can update them later. On Pro you can export kitchen and airport-transfer lists as CSV.
