Can students pay a teacher training in installments?
Yes. Students pay a deposit to secure their place and the rest in up to 12 monthly installments, charged automatically and finishing before the date you set.
We run the same training several times a year. Is that easy?
Yes. On Pro, the cohort calendar shows every training by month, and you can duplicate a training to new dates in a click: rooms, prices, policies and emails come with it, bookings don't.
Can we collect passport details for guest registration?
Yes. Students enter their passport number at checkout. It is stored encrypted, shown only to you, and erased automatically 30 days after the training ends.
Can a studio send a group of students?
Yes. On Venue and Pro, a group quote holds rooms for the group and every student pays their own share through one link.
