Can guests share a room and pay separately?
Yes. A guest can book a shared room with a roommate, and each pays their own half. On Venue and Pro you can add the Roommate Duo perk, a free add-on when two people book a shared room together.
Can I run an early-bird price?
Yes, on Venue and Pro: a percentage or fixed amount off until a date you choose. Prices can also rise automatically as the retreat fills, on every plan.
How do I collect dietary needs and arrival details?
Guests add them at checkout and can update them on their trip page. You see them in the guest roster, and on Pro you can export kitchen and airport-shuttle lists.
Can I offer extras like massages or excursions?
Yes. Add-ons such as transfers, treatments, excursions or extra nights can be added at booking or bought later from the trip page, with limited stock if you like.
